NEED HELP -moving to UK

I would like to migrate with my children (8yrs & 3+yrs) to the uk, however I am finding it difficult to get any information at all. I have tried calling the Home Office and after several hrs of wait, they told me to contact WorldBridge Services and I have to pay to speak to them.

I have looked up the different kinds of visa, but the information is complicated and I am not sure which one to apply for. I have tried applying for jobs to obtain a employer sponsorship, but that is proven to be difficult. My grandfather has lived there since forever, but not born there. I have lots of family there, but no husband or boyfriend. The finance is no problem, but to obtain a visa to work or just to be able to get a job there, that is my biggest obstacle. I know my children can go to school there - no problem! I do not have a uni degree - I have a college diploma and am working towards a certificate in payroll with the Canadian Payroll Association.

Is there anyone that can give me any advise on what my best options are or where I can go for advise?
