NEED HELP ON WORKING HOLIDAY VISA QUESTIONS?

Hey Guys

I know theres been alot of questions about working holiday visa's sorry about the annoyance but just a bit confused on some documents that are required?

1. Do you really need bank statements that cover the last three months? I got a statement showing my account details and how much money i have in my account up to this date but it doesnt cover any previous months just states the total amount of money I have. Would that single piece of paper thats dated, stamped and signed by the bank work instead of the past three months of statements? The thing is my bankbook is my form of statments so i was thinking of getting the bank to photocopy my bankbook sign it and send it off as well, i dont know if it would work.

2. It also says they want an original immigration document. What do you send for this? If you are canadian citizen what do they exactly want? Birth certificate? (only thing i can think of)

3. ALso how do you prove that you have enough money for a return ticket. What document would prove this? since im taking all my money with me

If anyone has any answers to these questions that would be a great help! If anyone has sent off there working holiday visa and substitued with other forms of documentation instead of the ones they want it would help to hear ur stories good or bad. I dont know how strict they are with things so any help would do right about now.

Im trying to get my working holiday visa in 10 days like they say ull get it within that time so I want to be extra careful on having the right documents. Also if you send off your visa can u cancel it if u change ur mind?

Hey can you tell me where you actually found your working holiday visa application form? I can't find one anywhere! I found working visa and tourist visa but nothing for working holiday. I want to go to the UK and am having such issues finding the right paper work.
