Need Help to get with my Gfrind in Canada

I live in the USA My Girlfriend lives in Canada.

I went to Canada in 1/4/08 as a visitor, I was allowed in for 6 mouths but thay did not stamp my passport, so after arriving in canada I started to fill out paperwork to get my 6 mouths extended. thay told me over the phone and in the letter to go back thru the boarder and have them stamp my passport. we went back to the boarder to do what thay said and thay Baned me for 1 year from entring Canada.

our wending date was set May 1, 2008.

We are still going to get married we are just going to have to do it in the USA.

I am looking for any help as to what paper work we will have to fill out,, and anything,, Will help

I'm assuming you want to live in Canada rather than the US right?

You'll have to do all the Canadian immigration stuff, and as you're banned, you'll have to apply from outside the country.
