Hey all,

Living in Castlefield, Manchester. Been in Manchester for just under 2 years.

Love the idea of a gathering of Canadians somewhere in town. Let's all find out how much our accents have been affected by living over here. Wink

Hey guys,

I live in Milnrow about a half hour train ride from downtown Manc and arrived in May 2007, currently visiting my family in Canada. I found work at the local council (5 mins from where I live!) through a temp agency located downtown Manc near the Town Hall. I'm not with them anymore, thank god . they were the least organized company I've ever worked with BUT they did find me a great job and i'm very happy where I am. So if anyone needs any info about looking for work, I'd be glad to help! Though I've only used one agency.

I will have to keep my eyes and ears open for any meet ups Smile

Hi guys!

I posted earlier, but am now over in the UK, living in Staffordshire (Stone). It's a little farther for me to go, but would love to meet up with some fellow canadians!
