New Here - Looking for help on a trip to Honduras

Hey there, i just joined the forum and am looking forward to meeting all of you.

My girlfriend is moving down to Honduras this summer to teach. Before she gets there we would like to travel around the pacific coast a bit. Preferably down to costa rica and back. Ideally, we would charter a small sailboat so that we can reach some of the more isolated coastal spots of nicaragua (and avoid some of the dangers of travel within that country) as well as reaching some places along the coast rican pacific coast.

Has anyone ever done this type of trip and do you have any idea of how we could get in touch with someone who could help set something like this up for us?
