New Zealand Partner Visa Help

Hello!

I was just wondering if anyone would be willing to share theirs stories about how they managed their NZ partner visa. My partner and I have been having quite a hard time with immigration. It's almost been a year since we've started the processes and the CO keeps asking for more and more info. I went through a visa agency called Visa First. They seem to think I had sent adequate info but who knows. Has anyone else come across this problem?
