For those travelling to the UK with a YMS visa, will we be eligible for health and dental care once we arrive in the UK (do we need to buy insurance as well to receive this)? If not, does anyone have recommended companies that they have purchased travel insurance with?

I am working on an application for a dependent ancestry visa. My fiance already has his ancestry visa and I am hoping to become a dependent.

I'm about to return from US to Canada and I'll be crossing the border with a Uhaul truck containing all my personal stuffs including photographic equipment, more specifically unexposed camera films.
