I need to find out what the courtyard/garden/little park area is right out front of the Sheraton Fallsview Hotel on the Canadian side of Niagara Falls. So I heard it was possible to apply for British citizenship if you have a parent born in the UK, and you were born before December 31, 1982.
As it happens my mom was born in London, England, and I was born (believe it or not) December 30, 1982.
My question is, can I still apply for British citizenship, and how on Earth do I start??

Does anyone know what happens with health care benefits after you relocate to a different country? Do we loose them temporarily/permanently? Can we apply for them once we return to Canada? Can anyone explain? Does it depend on a province? I lived in Quebec before moving to the US.
