Shipping internationally from Mexico?

Hello. Does anyone here have any experience shipping parcels to N.America or internationally around the world from Mexico? What is the most reasonably priced carrier? I'm interested in starting a business here and shipping internationaly is key, any info would be helpful.

My girlfriend from Mexico tried to
visit me (SEPT. 8/2007) in
Montreal, Quebec. I am a Canadian
citizen in Montreal and was waiting
