I'm having a hard time finding information about taking a personal leave of absence while on a TN visa. I'm on an extended leave of absence (8 months) from my company and will be outside of the US for the majority of the time. Basically, I flew to Canada the day after I finished up at work, but I still have my I-94 (valid for another 6 months) in hand.

They never sent my photos back - do I need to send new ones?

Also how does sending/getting it back work?

Do I send it directly to the high commission office and how do I pay the return?

hey guys, quick question. I have gathered most of the documents to send off for my british passport. Im wondering if its possible to send them photocopies of the documents? i dont want the chance of them loosing it and me having to repay for all these documents?

I use to work for company ABC in Canada who has head office in the US till June 2007. Then joined company XYZ in the US in July 2007 on TN visa. Since then I'm in US.
