Can anyone offer me any valuable advice in terms of legal steps and especially timing which I must consider? Does she have to get any special type of visa? ...

I was going to drive to US and to fill up to the roof my car with my stuff, leave it in US. Hello folks my TN visa is about to expire and although my company still wants to extend my visa i have decided to go back to Canada.

My question is if i am going back to Canada should i surrender my TN visa or just go back to canada before it expires? Is their anything one is suppose to do when your leaving?
