Today is July 2, and My TN visa expires on July 13. Is it too late to mail in a renewal application with just a little over a week to go? Would I receive my receipt in time before my Visa Expires for me to stay for the 240 extended days? Or should I make a trip to the border ASAP?

Happy Canada Day everyone! Just wanted to acknowledge what a fine country we're from. I've always been patriotic, but living and working in the States for almost 7 years has really strengthened the bond I have for where I'm from.

I'm wondering if anyone knows the educational requirements for 'Psychologist' under the TN VISA. I read information on one website that said "must have state/provincial license. Cannot qualify with just baccalaureate degree." Does this mean you can qualify with a Master's degree in psychology (as long as you're registered) or do you need a Ph.D?

Here is my situation, I'm an American and my fiancé is a Canadian citizen. She came to the states on vacation, we fell in love and we are in the place we are today, but her 6 month travelers 'visa'/Canadian exemption is about to expire before we get married. My questions are these
