NEXUS Application Denied - Appeal process?

Enough already!

Your under the assumption that you complaint is being rushed through Government hands and there is a team working on your needs. The fact is that they get complaints a hundred times a day. The Officer was mean to me, I felt violated being asked where I was going, I only killed three people why was I refused entry, there just picking on me.......Everyone is a victim. You have to wait in line, and it's a loooooong line.

I too applied in 2008... they denied me because on the application i told them i was never found guilty of anything but was once asked to turn around and go back into Canada because they found residue from marijuana in my car due to one of the occupants in who was with me having a piece of paper in his pocket that once was used to break up some weed on.

I've always thought of appealing but reading other peoples situations doesn't make mine look too promising.

Still no reply yet. I am just keep waiting and hope for the best. I will for sure will keep everyone posted here.

I can't believe its taken so long for a response. this seems highly unfair and i could imagine, beyond frustrating.

IT has been almost 2 months, no response from CBP at all. Will keep you guys posted on any update.
