I've just completed my ancestry visa application, paid for it and printed it, but for some reason when I tried to book my biometrics appointment, it wouldn't work! Then I checked my email and I have not received the confirmation message. After the trouble I've been through to get this far (and I've been through quite a bit!) this has me extremely frustrated! Any reassuring words of advice from anyone who's had similar problems would be greatly appreciated! Is the email just delayed, possibly? Or should I be trying to get in contact with someone for help? (I've been trying to avoid having to call and spend a truck-load of money when the only result may be even more confusion.)
