Non Profit Work and TN Visa

Hi there,

I am currently living in the US on an I-94 (my spouse is on OPT). I have received a job offer from a non-profit organization. My title would be "Operations Manager". I would prefer to be working under the TN Visa... is there any way that TN Visa's cover this work? If not, are there other immigration processes available for me to pursue?

Doesn't sound like it would fit a NAFTA job category I'm afraid. The only other real option would be something like H-1B, but it's subject to a quota and you have to get labour certification. This assumes the job requires a degree and you've got a relevant one.
