OHIP expiring, need health insurance in Europe

I moved to Italy 5 years ago, and advised OHIP I would be out of the country. They only cover you for 5 years when you do this. Now, it's expiring, and I need health coverage (full coverage, not just for emergencies)while I'm in Europe, and while I'm back home to visit. Anyone know of a moderately-priced option? Is it best to go with a Canadian company? Thanks.

They're pretty good! Not sure if they're the cheapest or anything but I know they're one of the best.
