Hi everyone,

I am also in need of some good advice and help from people in the same situation as me. I've been with my british boyfriend for almost 6 years now. For me to stay in England I've used the WHM and a student visa and for him in Canada we did many extension of stay and finally applied for the permanent residency and got in all within 8 months.

Now, we want to try life in England and I wanted to know if I can apply for the extension of stay as a UK partner while im on a visitor status. I am going to be there in August and we don't know if were gonna come back or stay longer but could I send the application even though I would not be on a particular visa at the time?

Thanks!
