Hi,
I am currently on a TN in the US but will be changing to a new employer (for which I will be applying for a new TN). However, as no one has been found to replace me yet, my current employer would like me to stay on as a consultant/contractor to to help with certain tasks on an as-needed (i.e. occasional) basis. I have read that you can hold multiple TNs concurrently but I was wondering whether my current TN (until its expiry date) would still be valid, or if I would need to get a new TN for the change in arrangement with my current employer? I would be doing a smaller subset of my original full-time job description.
