Online Visa Application Help Needed ASAP!

So I'm a bit of an idiot and once I printed my completed online Tier 5 application, I closed the window without having clicked the link to book my biometrics appointment. I have tried every area of the site and cannot for the life of me figure out how to get that link back. I can't be the first person to have ever made this mistake. Does anyone know of any other way to book my biometrics appointment beside that link that appears at the end of the online application? The only thing I can think of right now is re-doing the entire application which would require calling my credit card company to cancel my payment and even still, I'm not entirely sure you can do 2 applications under the same name. Help?
