Ontario Teaching Certificate Recognized?

My wife is about to start school as s mature student and get an Ontario teaching certificate (Junior grades) and were trying to find out if it will be recognized in France? She's actually taking her courses in Buffalo, NY which will give her both NY and Ontario certificates once everything is done.
