Options for Canadians wishing to move to U.K.?

Basically, I moved to the U.K. 3 years ago on a working holiday visa, enjoyed it very very much and since coming back home a year ago have been plugging away at getting back.

I am in the process of getting an EU Passport (father is Polish) Unfortunately due to various complications with Poland's citizenship/passport application process many unexpected delays have occured. I've already postponed my move about 3 times!!!

If some of you could please list what other grounds I can live/work in the U.K. on with a Canadian passport that would be appreciated. I just want to make sure I didn't look over anything that would allow me to live/work there until my EU passport in finally processed.
