Over 21 on US family based immigration VISA

Over 21 on US family based immigration VISA

I turned 21 when my mother is applying for family based immigration VISA. Now when the VISA is approved, I am not on the list. How can I apply for petition?

Your eligibility will depend on your age at the momnet when specific steps have been taken on yourmothr's case.
