Overstayed for 11 months,please help with advice!

Hi Lawrlaws,
I am sure no one is responding because they know you have presented a fictitious scenario. As a canadian, I would like to see stricter immigration rules.

Uhm, no one replied because this board is for Canadians wanting to live in the US and leave our canoes behind. And by the way, if you want to come and live here, it's way easier than a Canadian trying to go south.

I paddled my canoe across the river into Canada, where I have now been for the past two years. I currently am unemployed and living off of the generous Canadian taxpayers for my health insurance and my unemployment checks. My problem is that I have to go visit a friend back home in Vermont, and I need to know how to lie my way back into Canada because I sold my canoe. Please help me because I did not mean to sneak across the border, I just have a bad sence of direction. Could someone here please help me come up with something, as I do not want to lose my free health benefits. Yes, I am here illegaly, but I don't care, I deserve to be here.

Why no response?

If I was a Canadian living ileagally in the USA I would get loads of help.

Different when it's someone breaking "your" laws.
