OWING TAX TO IR CANADA

10 years ago i left Canada to settle in Europe and left a tax bill of about 4G , i received a bill of 15 G now, if i go back to Canada with limited cash , will they allow me to pay the original 4G.

The fact that they have been able to keep tabs on you for all this time should tell you they want their $15K (Cdns want their $15K - CRA represents us).

Why on earth would it matter how much 'cash' you have? You owe the money.
