Owning A Warehouse in Blaine

Hi,

New to this board and I was hoping someone might be able to help me out a bit.

1. I own an ecommerce business in Canada and want to expand to the US.
2. I want to have a warehouse just across the line that I can travel to and ship the products.
3. I live 5 minutes from the US boarder and have Nexus so the commute is easy.
4. I need to know if I am able to do this.I would ship my product and then return home.

Does anyone know what visas if any I need?
