UK visas and/or stamps in your old passport, you do need to re-apply for Right of abode every time you renew your passport, and not just carry both passports. This is primarily because your Right-of-abode certificate is supposed to expire coincidentally with your passport.
You still have right of abode, and you could use the old one to, say, prove to an employer you can work while in UK, but for entry purposes, you should get a new ROA for your new passport.
