Tharpu Chuli Trekking Peak (5663m)


This attractive peak is situated in the heart of Annapurna Sanctuary. This peak can be climbed from South East Ridge, southwest ridge and North East Ridge. The northeast route is the normal route for the climbing. Tharpu Chuli offers an interesting climb to the top and also furnishes a spectacular view of the Annapurna massive. Tharpu Chuli was nicknamed as "Tent Peak" by Jimmy Roberts in 1956.

Day 09 : Trek to Tharpu Chuli base camp, O/N at Tented camp

Day 10 : Stay at Tharpu Chuli base camp, O/N at Tented camp

Day 11 : Stay at Tharpu Chuli base camp, O/N at Tented camp

Day 12 : Summit Tharpu Chuli and back to base camp, O/N at Tented camp

Day 13 : Trek to Deurali, O/N at Tented camp

Day 14 : Trek to Chhomrong, O/N at Tented camp

Day 15 : Trek to Tadapani, O/N at Tented camp

Day 16 : Trek to Ghorepani (Poonhill), O/N at Tented camp

Day 17 : Trek to Hile, O/N at Tented camp

Day 18 : Trek to Nayapool and drive back to Pokhara, Hotel

Day 19 : Drive back to Kathmandu, Hotel

Day 20 : Rest at Kathmandu, Hotel
