After working a few/many yrs in the ME, some of u might retire back to Canada. So the question is, being a non residentno tax for a while , is it possible to easily renew/actitivate the Canadian healthcare card again eventhough at that time already retired ? Do we start paying tax again being retired? Thank you :)

Healthcare is not based on paying taxes; ot's based on living in Canada.

When you return, you will be leigible for new card (some say in 3 months, some say immediately). Simpe as that. Follow the steps for your province of residence.
