POE recommendation for TN, I am in Seattle

I will change job and want to apply for my new TN at cbp POE, this is my 3rd TNs, first was from Buffalo POE, 2nd was from uscis mail-in. Now, I live in seattle, I heard these POEs close to vancouver, BC are hard to get TN. Any recommended POE which is nicer and easier to get TN, of course the closer the better.

There is no easy or hard POE to get a TN status. However, getting a TN status is relative to which officer is processing the application irrespective of the POE he's at. With you applying for a 3rd TN, one POE officer may conclude that you are using TN as a defacto green card, while another officer may not see it that way. You never know the mood of the officer you will meet. Nothwithstanding, lots of people here have had success at airports in Edmonton and Calgary. I got mine at Edmonton airport, took 5 mins, no questions asked, no fingerprinting or picture taken, easy easy easy! I would just mail in again if I'm you. You can also try Vancouver or Victoria airport as well.
