Hi all,
I need your advice. I'm currently Permanent Resident of Canada. Do I need visa to go to Europe ? So far, Canadians do not need a visa to Europe and I wonder a PR can be the same ?

You need a passport to visit Europe. The PR just allows you to be able to come back into Canada. So you have to follow the rules that pertain to your citizenship status. The ONLY document that will be recoginized is a passport. This is just my belief.
