premium gc/h1b processing!

If an H1B is filed with premium processing and a green card is concurrently filed, what is the shortest time for both the H1b and green card to be approved? I see there are slots open for the Fiscal year 2012. When does this year start? Thank you so much for your help in advance.

Not quite understanding your question.

Premium processing of I-129 for h1-B (after approved LCA) is less than 2 weeks. FY2012 starts October 1st. If you are eligible for H1, of course. most nurses are not.

What step are you at for GC process? There are about 4 to go thru. If you are EB3, it will take 4-5 years.

I think you have a steep learning curve to climb on these topics.
