Processing times for spousal visa.

Hi has anyone applied recently for a spousal visa? If yes how long did the processing take?

I am in the process of submitting my application for Spousal Visa. I currently work in Canada and my husband who lives and works in UK is sponsoring me. Should I submit my letter of employment from my current Canadian employer with the application although I intend to leave my job soon after submitting the application? Does my having a job in Canada positively impact the visa application or it doesnt really matter if I work here or not since I intend to move to UK? I am really not sure if I should be submitting the letter as I will be leaving my job soon after submitting my application and prior to visa confirmation. Please help!
