Question about Youth Mobility Visa

Have been hanging around this forum for a little while, trying to get as much info as i can! But i have one question that's been bugging me:

I read that there's a limit on the number of visas issued in a year. Is it now full for 2011? and if so, when in 2012 do they start accepting visa applications again?

from what I've read somewhere the quota of YMS visa issued to Canadians is never max'd

There's indeed an annual limit but it's also true that Canada rarely reach that limit. The online application system would automatically prevent you from applying if the limit was reached so if you can apply it means that it hasn't been reached yet. The limit is normally set back to 0 in January of each year.
