Mr. Rizzo,

You seem to be the expert in this forum so perhaps you can answer this question for me please.

On your website the 3:1 rule states:
"can meet the 3:1 rule. (3 years relevent work experience for every 1 year missing from a Bachelor's degree.)"

My Question:

If I have 4 courses missing from a Bachelors Degree (1 semester of work) and 3 years of relevent work experience, I could qualify for a TN without completing the degree?

How would I prove that I am short only 4 courses from completing a degree? with a University Written Letter?

Thanks
Vince
