Hi everyone,
I would really appreciate some advice here.
I am currently scheduled to work on a project in New York as a computer systems analyst (4 months). Essentially, I would be staying in the US from Monday-Friday and flying back on weekends. My role would be to gather requirements for a new software implementation and to act as a subject matter expert.
The client is based out of New York. They have contracted for this project with another U.S. based company, they have then subcontracted it to a Canadian company, and finally I am subcontracted to this Canadian company.
My question is - Since I am really just going to the US for meetings, and since I am employed by a Canadian company, do I have to get the
TN visa?
I have a Bachelors Degree in Business Admin and 3+ years of experience.
Are there any TN visa services that you recommend I use that will help me through the process?
Thanks in advance!
