I plan on trying to get this Visa when I turn 17, I want to work and live in the UK with a friend who's already there.

On one site It says that I must have evidence that I'll be working, what are some examples of evidence?

And also "Evidence of Funds", how do I prove this?

This is my opinion, but to me:

Evidence regarding work would most likely be a copy of the contract that you sign from your employer. Another form of evidence could be a letter from your employer confirming you'll be working for them.

Evidence of funds would be a copy of a bank statement. Another piece of evidence could be a letter from the bank, declaring good standing.

Is there a certain amount of money you must have in your account?

I'm not sure the exact amount, or even if there is one. I'm sure the more money you have the better, obviously. They basically want to be ensured that you can support yourself without using their assistance.

Assuming you don't have a job, I'd figure out how much the cost of living (rent, food, transportation ect) would be on a monthly basis. Then base the necessary money on that, have a safety net of 3-4 months.

That is my plan. I won't have a job lined up right away, and I want to make sure I'm not desperate for cash as soon as I move there. So I'd at least want 4 months of living. That way, there isn't a lot of pressure to find a job within weeks of arrival, and I can scope out the place too.

Again, this is all my opinion. Hope it helps!
