So I'm a young mother, newly wed, looking to get the heck out of Montreal. I had big travel plans when I found out I was pregnant, but I'm not letting that stop me from a little adventure away from home. So I was thinking of settling down in France. Does anyone have any advice? Like career options for a Canadian overseas, or where might be a good city to raise a family? I'm not looking to live in a big city like Paris, something smaller, and safer. I'm bilingual, and so is my husband. Razz

What is it like being a Canadian in France? Is it a drastic change in the way of thinking? I'm very open and liberal, would that clash with the mindset of France? Confused I'm only starting my research and planning process, so any advice would be greatly appreciated! Very Happy

Tiffany
