I'm not being sarcastic, far from it. I'm just trying to clarify your question. What you asked is unclear. What exactly do you want to know how to do? Are you asking how does a cross border couple get married, or are you asking how does a couple live in two countries at once?

Clarify your question and I'm quite sure someone here could point you in the right direction of an answer.
