? re: Does this mean a Change of Employer on TN 1

I am a Canadian on a TN 1 Visa. Since working for the company it has been acquired. My role/position will remain the same, but the name of the company and ownership/parent company will change. Do I need to submit a Change of Employer application - any advice on my course of action moving forward?

If it's the same company and it's owned by another company then no, if it's been absorbed into another company and the original company doesn't exist anymore then yes.
