Then you would need another E-2 for that business.

The investment is not $1,000,000, thats EB-5.

I'm guessing you would need to get another E-2, however if you structure your business cleverly enough (so you can diversify it) then the first visa would cover you. Set up a corporation to do it. But you have to be careful to stay within the criteria for an E-2 or whatever visa you get.

I don't see that working since E-2 is investment-specific, not business specific. There may also be fraud issues.
