What is the price range for a two bed room apartment in Dubai/Abu Dhabi?

I know it depends on many factors but still I would like to get a rough estimate. I am not looking for a very luxerious building something reasonably good within a good neighborhood will work.

Also what usually is required to buy property in UAE? What are the side expenses and what is the required to get mortgage from bank. All details related to buying property will be helpful.

Looking at moving to AD in June/July 08 from Calgary. What are good neighbourhoods close to Canadian, American International or American community schools. Price range & potential availability for 3 BR appt or villa will be much appreciated.
