Recent Graduates jobs in UAE?

I just graduated college with mechanical engineering technology diploma.
And I have two years experience in engineering industry. I really want to work in UAE.
I am planning to visit Dubai or Abu Dhabi.
Do you think I can get a job in my field?
Do you think companies would hire candidates with less experience?

My name is Ali, I recently graduated from Finance and Administration and currently pursuing the Certified Management Accountant (CMA) designation along with a designation of management from the Canadian Institute of Management (CIM). I am wondering if I can get some help from anyone living in the UAE or Qatar for jobs related to Finance, Accounting or Management. My experience is not extensive as I am a new graduate, however very interested in coming to the region. Should I try and contact any job agencies there? Is it an easy process to apply online or must you have someone there in order to get an interview?
