registering a US LLC in Canada

I am a Canadian living in Canada, however I have a US LLC as part of an Estate Planning kit. It does not do business in Canada, so I know that I do not register as an extra-provincial company. How do I register in BC so that I can open a bank account associated with it? The banks here have a hard time with the LLC and most won't open an account unless I register here.
