In a nutshell, my TN letter is very unprofessional (can't blame nobody, it is done by the previous office manager, who doesn't know much about TN anyway), but magically it worked twice in Buffalo, the officer in TOR airport seems to be much more strict.
A few obvious mistakes:
I don't have a degree in Engineering, so "Software engineer" is not good title. I need to be under Category "Computer System Analyst" .
the letter should address to CBP, not US Immigration....
My degree is in Mathematics, but it is with Business Administration/Information System. So, it doesn't sound CS enough to those CBP dudes...I am not sure what can I do about this one ...
One thing learnt , if you get rejected , you actually get flagged in the system. I was foolish enough to try the Buffalo location, and the officer there gave me a really hard time... (even though he is the same person that approved my TN visa two years in a row)
Definitely a terrible way to start 2011...

One follow-up question:
Am I being flagged twice now ? Once at TOR, once at Buf ?
