Depends on what you plan on doing when you get there, TN-1 is not hard to get if you can find a job and you've got the right qualifications, however it is a temporary immigration category. The Cayman Islands has all sorts of jobs on offer because they only let people stay six years.
If you want to do it permanently have a look at the Bahamas, as I recall you can stay indefinitely if you bring at least US$250,000 with you and you can get permanent residence (which leads to citizenship) if you bring in half a million.
Depends on how far you want to move really, immigrating into
Australia isn't hugely difficult. If you get citizenship of an EU country through ancestry, there are Spanish islands off the coast of Africa, or you could move to
New Caledonia or French Polynesia if your French is up to it (although pretty much everyone can speak English on Tahiti). Turks & Caicos is a British Overseas Territory.
Don't know what you'd do for a living though.
