You will have to go to the Canadian Embassy in Netherlands. Make sure you don't wait too long though. It may take some time!

The Canadian embassy is in Den Haag (Sophialaan 7)

Hope that helps.

I got a new one while living in Edinburgh through the Canadian consulate and it was no trouble at all. The whole process took about 6 weeks from the time I first went in, and the time I got the passport. Remember though, you can only apply for a renewal if your passport is within the 6 months before the expiry date!
Good luck!

Keep in mind that the Canadian Consulate keeps your ID (including your present passport) for three weeks while they process your application. How long it takes after that time to actually have the new one in your paws I don't know.I could really use the answer to that question if anybody knows.

Also, you are only supposed to apply within six months of expiry.

And Canadians who are living out of the country can't take advantage of the new guarantor process; you have to go through the old hassle of finding a doctor or lawyer or whatever who has known you for two years.

They do have an affidavit you can submit as an alternative.I believe you'll have to pay an extra €35 however.
