I have been speaking to a number of estate agents in London and have been explained if I do not have a job I will have to pay 6 mths up front. (which I understand as I am renting out my house)
But what if we have been offered employment and have just not started it yet, are they looking for a history i.e. how long you have worked for that employee ?
Also anyone know a good estate agent in London ?
