Returning from India on B1

Hello,

i am in US for past 2 months and am now going back to India. I intend to return again for 2-3 months. What should be the minimum duration that I should stay out of country (US) so that i do not face any problems when I come back.

My office requires me to be back in a month, but I believe I should keep a minimum time before I come back.

Please advise.
