You'll find some great information here.

There are forms, but I did a spreadsheet with all the values because I was having mine shipped as 'goods to follow'. You can't sell anything for one year after import and since you have not been out for 5 years, you can only bring back, duty & tax free, personal items that have been in use for 6 months, or that were purchased specifically as replacement items. You still have the $750 exception to cover some new articles as well. Also, any single item worth over $10,000 is subject to duties and taxes on the excess amount.
Your vehicles have to be exported from the US and imported into Canada. I’m not sure if you have to notify Canada in advance, but I believe that the US border agents need the ownership paperwork at least 3 days in advance of the vehicles coming through and land crossing, so check that out as well. You may have to pay some taxes on the vehicles, so check that out as well.
Check the riv.ca website for all information pertaining to the Canadian end and to see if your cars are on the list of those that can be imported and what modifications, if any, you would have to do. Once again, you won’t be able to sell it for at least one year.
Here's some US export info.

Click the import/export link on the right and you'll see the information about sending the documents at least 3 days in advance of showing up at a land crossing.
This is my interpretation and experience, so please verify everything for yourself.
