Hi everyone. I am new here. Here is my situation. My boyfriend lives in the UK and after visiting him in May I am thinking about joining him over there for a year or so. I want to be able to work. His parents have agreed to let us live there until we can save enough to find a place of our own. My mother was born in the UK in 1948 and I was born in Canada in 1975. I was just wondering if you think I should apply for the right to abode or for citzenship. I don't know much about applying for citzenship would I qualify? Any help you can give me would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.
